Metal Case Quality Standards & Disclaimer
Acceptable Quality Standards
• Surface Blemishes: Small blemishes such as pinholes, specks, light scratches, or minor color variations of around 1cm may be present across the coated surface, this is the result of certain non-textured flat powder-coated colors.
• Corners and Edges: While efforts are made to coat evenly, slight variations or thinning may occur on sharp corners or edges.
• Interior and Hidden Areas: These areas may exhibit less uniformity due to the limitations of application and visibility.
• Edge Texture: Due to the high intensity of the laser cutting process, slight texture or roughness may be present along the cut edges. This is a natural byproduct of the process and does not affect the structural integrity of the product.
• Surface Texture: Areas subjected to hydraulic bending may exhibit a slight texture or waviness along the bend line. This is typical and expected due to the bending process and should not exceed acceptable limits.
• Magnets: Ensure magnets are gently placed into their designated positions without excessive force. Sudden impacts or drops can cause magnets to snap together or to nearby steel components, potentially damaging both. Magnets may arrive chipped yet functional.
